The people that work here are sooooo nice! The store is bright and clean and offers a ton of things that can't be found in regular area grocery stores. The returns are easy and the selection is great - the deli and salad bar are super good too. The alcohol area has plenty of good stuff to choose from low to high end spirits. I really like this store and whenever I'm in the area I stop in to pick something up. Checkout is simple and everything is tied into the Amazon app. If you want to pay in cash or use a different form of payment that's easy too!

I'm heading to the Crown Valley location today... I learned you can return Amazon packages there and get a coupon good towards future purchases, seems like a much better coupon than the ones they offer at Kohl's so I'm going to give it a try... Plus I love Amazon fresh, I prefer to have it delivered and this is a very close location to where I live!

I came, I saw and thought it was pretty cool. (Shrugs) Great concept; makes shopping convenient less any technical glitches. Store front - https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=2wUudACqEPEQrhwDGOY3CA&userid=O6EBodP3Fgu_n67efSKnBQ Note: You do not need to be an Amazon Prime member to shop here. You can enter without using an Amazon Prime account or palm scan. When you're done shopping; pay at the front register with a team member. After my first visit, I threw my Amazon prime credit card in my wallet and preparation for a second trip to the store. I have yet to return, but planning to soon. I learned later that I can use the Amazon app and built in QR code to enter and pay. Cool! People have mentioned that the prices here are higher than most other grocery stores but I didn't find them any higher than most stores; hit and miss. There were some well priced items and some I thought to be a bit on the steep side. Sushi - https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=L_BejMZ2ekPBKaYPJJ9Bjg&userid=O6EBodP3Fgu_n67efSKnBQ I walked around and browsed the various departments. I noticed the produce items weren't stocked for "showtime ready" but understandable if the turnover rate is slower for the "fresh" items. (i.e. - Less waste/revenue loss). It's a great concept but I wonder if the novelty of an automated/walk-in and walk-out will be able to generate enough $$ to sustain it. Grocery scanners - https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=_zBsog4WXh-tmo-KeUrZIA&userid=O6EBodP3Fgu_n67efSKnBQ Most people like their routine and technology can be a bit intimidating to some. Honestly, I was a bit overwhelmed when I first stepped foot in Amazon Fresh. It's new, it's different, I have no idea about the process and procedure... 'So, I took a minute and stood near the entrance, taking it all in. At first, I mistakenly believed it required an Amazon account to even shop here, a "members only'' model like COSTCO. I do have an Amazon Prime account but imagined the process to be more difficult than it is... I was happily mistaken. On my first visit to Amazon Fresh I just stopped by to see what all the hoopla was about. I wasn't planning on buying anything but as I headed towards the exit, I noticed a small, nifty looking, self-serve coffee machine... 'And a cup of coffee sounded good but mostly I wanted to see the gizmo in action. Photo - https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=DkPOvKpEEzpAjqqbpyc7Mw&userid=O6EBodP3Fgu_n67efSKnBQ "Show me!" (Fancy. It even ask if you want non-fat or whole milk.) The best $2, frothy latte I've ever had! Photo - https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=hgYxZMLOeNP9kgMGcdqwsQ&userid=O6EBodP3Fgu_n67efSKnBQ I've been back to the store several times and happy to report, no issues with incorrect charges. So far, so good! I have to add, I did read up on a few tips like the one that says to put back an item in the exact same spot you found it to avoid any surprises when you receive your bill. Personally, I do like the novel idea of "contactless shopping." Pop in, pop out! I just hope that enough people think the same about the idea to keep the business going. As I shopped, I saw a handful of Amazon Fresh workers fulfilling online orders. Smart idea; offer a store front for people to shop that doubles as a place to fill their own Amazon Fresh orders. It's sort've like imagining Instacart with their own grocery store chain. Did I mention that you can do Amazon returns here too? Don't be intimidated by the newness of it all. The employees are friendly and helpful. Yes, there's a slight learning to curve to it but nothing too painful. After my first visit, I thought I wouldn't return with my curiosity satisfied. (Well, so I thought.) Make it Great! Food: 3 Ambiance: 4 Service: 5 Value: 4

A great place to shop for basic groceries. Clean and well organized this store offers walk out shopping to Amazon members. You scan the code on your phone when you enter, pick up what you need and then scan again when leaving. Fast and convenient. Billing is always accurate.
